Not only that, you designed a new and beautiful four-language interface that had us collect responses in English, German, French and Spanish.

We are involved in a number of partnerships with the Jefferson County Community; one is a literacy program called Every 1 Reads, and a second is a math/science achievement initiative.  Both initiatives require broad-based community support.  We needed to determine how successful we had been in getting the community informed about the Every 1 Reads Program.  Likewise, we needed to determine baseline information about where we stood with community understanding about the math/science initiative.

IQS Research designed and administered a survey that accomplished both tasks.  They were excellent in constructing a valid survey instrument and delivered the results in a timely manner (with a very aggressive timeline).  We are a data-driven organization.  IQS Research gave us the data we needed for both a beginning and mid-term evaluation.

My name is Robert Nader, Manager of Vehicle Service and Programs, Ford Customer Service Division for Ranger and Mazda B-Series trucks. I would like to express my work alignment with Mr. Shawn Herbig President of Innovative Quality Solutions, Inc. for several customer research programs and studies for the Ford Ranger Engineering Team under my direction. These programs were designed with one focus, “To put the Ford Ranger Engineering Team in touch with Ford Ranger Customers.” During the duration of these programs we found IQS to be a true ally in our efforts. IQS was proficient in handling the research programs launch to wrap-up with complete professionalism and efficiency. With today’s environment, time, is of the utmost essential. During the entire customer research program IQS enabled my colleagues, Ford Engineering Team, to focus on our day-to-day operations freeing up time that Ford would have spent to put the program in gear. I personally thank Mr. Herbig and his team for doing this.

IQS provided regular updates on our program and never felt as though we were out of the loop. Upon completion of our research programs, we were always very impressed to hear the customers’ insights. IQS was able to present this information in a manner truly usable to the team. Currently Ford Motor Company is using this data gathered from these studies for future Mazda and Ranger programs.

As Quality Manager at the Ford Louisville Assembly Plant and current Six Sigma Manager, I can personally tell you what an outstanding job Mr. Herbig and his company does.

The name “Innovative Quality Solutions” is most appropriate because the services that this company provides are truly cutting-edge. With the help of Mr. Herbig and his company, there were many customer focused projects launched at the Louisville Plant.

For example, our Plant did customer clinics with actual purchasers of our vehicles as well as dealers. With Mr. Herbig’s leadership and skills, a very fine program was launched and the clinics were a huge success.

Another example is the Glove Box Survey. This innovative tool was used during the launch of our Sport Trac to get customer data to help us respond quickly to issues.
